  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Rub some of the coconut oil on an 8 inch square baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix them with a wooden spatula or your hands.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and press flat into the dish.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 min.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Cut and enjoy.
