  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a bowl mix mashed bananas, egg and oil
  3. In a larger bowl mix oats, almond flour, blueberries, coconut, baking powder and salt
  4. Combine the two mictures together
  5. Drop by tablespoons on a cookie sheet for each cookie
  6. Bake for about 20 min. in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
