Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp
Ingredients
- 3 cups of fresh rhubarb diced
- 1 pint of fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup of Camino Golden cane sugar
- 1/4 cup of sifted all-purpose organic flour
- 3/4 cup of oat flakes uncooked
- 3/4 cup of Camino Whole brown sugar
- 1/3 cup of melted butter OR margarine
Directions
- Turn on oven to 350 F
- Grease a dish (8” x 8” or slightly bigger)
- Combine directly in the dish diced rhubarb, sliced strawberries with Camino’s Golden cane sugar and mix well
- In a bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter.
- Mix well and pour it on top of the rhubarb-strawberry mix.
- Bake for 40 min
- Enjoy as-is warm or cold, or with yogurt or ice cream (or their dairy-free substitutes)
