Saucepan Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups Camino Golden cane sugar
- 6 tbsp Camino Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup organic milk
- 1/2 cup organic butter
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup chopped organic nuts (like almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews)
- 1 cup Camino shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a large saucepan or dutch oven, combine Camino Golden Cane Sugar, Camino cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
- Stirring frequently, heat over medium until bubbly.
- Continue to heat 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients including Camino shredded coconut.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper or parchment paper and let cool.
