While we take every precaution to ensure your chocolate is protected from summer heat by including insulated box liners and ice packs with every order, we strongly recommend that you select the fastest estimated ship method to your area and that someone is home to receive your order when it is delivered.
During hot weather, our ice packs and insulated box liners provide approximately 24 to 48 hours of protection depending on how hot it is out and how your parcel is stored by the carrier. It is vital you chose the quickest delivery method to your area. However, we cannot offer refunds for packages that take longer than two days to deliver, or if a package is left outside in heat or direct sunlight after delivery.
